This Thursday July 24th is round one for section two.  Section one will have another hit up round starting at 9.30am.  Section one will start their season on Thursday 31st July.  All teams are listed under fixtures.

Congratulations to Eileen, Jocelyn, Deidre, Dawn & Jan (filling in for Deidre) winning the section 2 grand final & to Michelle (filling in for Wendy), Wendy, Julie, Jenny & Gyllis winning the section 1 grand final today.

We are pleased to announce that the Thornburn Ladies Badminton Association raised $1100 in our recent Biggest Morning Tea event.  All money goes to the Australian Cancer Council.

The season one 2014 semi-finals will be on 12th June.  Section one in the morning and section two in the afternoon.  All ladies please attend to play, umpire or line judge.  Coffee van will be available between 11.45am-1.15pm and there will be sandwiches supplied.

The season one 2014 grand finals will be on 19th June.  Both sections starting at 9.30am.  Please bring a plate of food to share.
