The Thornburn Ladies Badminton Association would like to acknowledge and applaud the contribution of Barbara Davie over the 18 years on the committee. Barbara has been President for the past 9 years and she was also the section 2 Match Secretary for a number of years.  Barbara has been an integral part of the TLBA and during her time on the committee we have seen the introduction of the rally point system and the establishment of the website.  Barbara was also involved in introducing the Tram Boat excursion, the coffee van at semi-finals and the Sunbury inter-club tournament.  Barbara has keenly represented TLBA at many Atalanta Jambourees.  Whilst we are saying goodbye to Barbara on the committee, she is not leaving the club and will continue to play and enjoy her badminton
